EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY

Mkwawa Leaf Tobacco Limited (MLTL) invites applications from suitable and qualified candidates to fill 33 vacant positions for Agriculture Labour Practice Technicians (ALP Technicians).

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Train farmers and stakeholders on Agricultural Labor Practices (ALP).
· Collect farm data and monitor assigned farmers.
· Manage and follow up on prompt actions via CroMIS.
· Maintain accurate records of ALP activities and decisions.
· Supervise and report on social program implementation.
· Liaise with stakeholders and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
· Collaborate with GAP Technicians on incident capture and remediation.

· Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Diploma in Human Resource Management, Social Community, Public Administration, Sociology, Laws, Statistics, or related field.
· Experience in community/social/planning activities or extension services.
· Computer skills (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
· Training skills are an added advantage.
· Good communication skills.

Additional Requirements:

· Valid motorbike driving license and competence in motorbike driving.
· Ability to travel to various project sites.
· Willingness to live and work in remote areas.

Reporting: The incumbent will report directly to the ALP Supervisor.

Remuneration: Competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
