ANNOUNCEMENT TO ATTEND AN INTERVIEW
The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat on behalf of:
- Iringa Urban Water Supply and Sanitation Authority (IRUWASA),
- University of Dodoma (UDOM),
- Tanzania Meteorological Authority (TMA),
- Ministry of Health,
- Tanzania Institute of Accountancy (TIA),
- MDAs & LGAs
would like to inform all job applicants who applied for the listed jobs that interviews are expected to be conducted from 19-07-2025 to 26-08-2025, and eventually assign them to job stations once successful. Applicants invited for interviews should adhere to the following instructions:

Interviews will be conducted according to the schedule shown in this announcement. The location where the interview will be held is specified for each Cadre.

Each interviewee must arrive at the interview location wearing a face mask.

Each interviewee must have a valid identity document for identification purposes.

Accepted identification documents include: National ID, Voter ID, Work ID, Passport, Driver’s License, or a letter of identification from the local government.

Interviewees must bring ORIGINAL certificates, including birth certificate, Form IV, VI, Diploma, and Degree certificates depending on the applicant’s qualifications.

Interviewees presenting Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of Results, or Form IV and Form VI result slips will NOT BE ACCEPTED and will NOT BE ALLOWED TO PROCEED WITH THE INTERVIEW.

Each interviewee will cover their own food, transportation, and accommodation costs.

Each interviewee should observe the date, time, and venue where they are scheduled to attend the interview.

For applicants whose certificates are from foreign institutions, they must ensure their certificates are verified by relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTVET, or NECTA).

Job applicants whose names do not appear in this announcement should consider themselves unsuccessful and should not hesitate to reapply when new announcements are made.

For cadres requiring registration with their Professional Boards, they must come with valid registration certificates and licenses to practice.

All interviewees called for the interview should ensure they log into their accounts and print out the examination numbers as they will not be allowed into the exam room without them.

Interviewees whose names differ from those in their certificates must submit a Sworn Affidavit (Deed Poll) endorsed by the Ministry of Lands.
