Applicant Requirements:

3. Must have training in security (e.g., Mgambo, JKT, Police) or prior experience in security roles.
4. Willingness to be assigned to any of the mentioned regions.
5. Minimum education: Form Four level.

Work Locations: Dar es Salaam and Morogoro

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Security Management, Law, or related fields (preferred).
• Professional security certification (e.g., guard license) is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in security, managing teams of at least 15 guards.
• Proficiency in MS Office, security reporting systems, and guard management software.
• Experience with CCTV monitoring and access control systems.
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergencies.
• Physical fitness for patrols and standing for long periods.
